Our Story
Our history began in 1970 when our founder, Glenn Kaplan, started his career with a simple goal: to make senior living better. Over the last 40 years, that single vision has grown into a specialized leadership team that manages every part of the senior living business.
Today, we handle everything from site selection and development to daily management and marketing for communities along the eastern seaboard.
